What we do
The team at TEYS deals
exclusively in strata through strata management, strata investments
and strata law.
As strata managers, we
manage all aspects of our client’s strata-titled property.
Our job is to help you maintain the value of your property and
at the same time, keep you up to date on current legislation.
We also write and present committee guides, give complimentary
seminars on latest strata issues and send out quarterly
newsletters.
As strata investors we
find opportunities from our network of developers that need finance
and offer our strata owners the opportunity to invest in these new
strata developments which will be managed by us once completed.
As strata lawyers we
service the owners corporations, councils and bodies corporate we
manage. This gives our clients an advantage in the
marketplace as well as providing us with a great deal of technical
knowledge and experience, which we use in training our strata
management team.
