Who we are
We began our journey in June 2002,
although some of the companies acquired since had their beginnings
as early as 1991.
The founder of the company, Michael
Teys, is a lawyer by profession and has spent his professional
career specialising in strata titled development and management. He
has worked as a lawyer, developer, fund manager, building manager
and strata manager.
With this breadth of experience, he
established TEYS to build a company that offered a
multidisciplinary range of services to the owners of strata-titled
property. Together with our team of strata, property and building
managers, lawyers, accountants, fund managers, property developers
and marketers, we are creating a new way of managing strata-titled
property for our clients.
We have offices in Sydney,
Brisbane, Gold Coast and Sunshine Coast at Maroochydore &
Noosa, Perth and Melbourne, servicing clients in all states.
